Colors: Add $0.20 per color, per side.

Plating: Gold Sandblast (GSB).

Pre-Production Sample: $40.00 plus applicable die charge. Delivery is 3 weeks.

Production Time: Five weeks after sample approval. Add 10% for four week rush service.
